Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is as low as 72 pieces per color, making us an ideal partner for brands testing drop shoulder hoodie blanks or small-batch collections. With a monthly production capacity of 50K to 100K pieces, we ensure scalability for growing demand. Additionally, our Shanghai export office specializes in seamless communication, ensuring your orders meet expectations timely and precisely.
Champolian helps clients plan key components of their apparel line to save time and cost. By consulting with our team, we can understand your goals and assist in creating the product you or your client desires. Key components during consulting and planning include choosing fabrics and trims, ballpark costs for each style, providing fit instructions for the pattern maker, packing instructions, and setting expectations for the project's timeline, completion and logistic solutions.
After materials have been reviewed and approved, our experienced sample makers will begin the sample making. Each sample is hand cut with precision and sewn together for each style needed to be created or recreated. Finished samples will be completed and sent to you by FedEx or UPS according to agreed timeline. We kindly request that you pay for the courier freight while we provide free proto samples to you.
Once all samples, fabrics, trims are approved, production begins. Your exclusive production manager from Champolian will stay in touch with you throughout the production process, providing updates.
At least 2 weeks prior to production completion, your shipping manager from Champolian will reach out to assist you with freight forwarding costing, shipment booking, and all related paperwork to streamline the shipping process. Champolian submits final inspection report to our clients for approval before your order leaves the factory site.
Quality control in private label apparel focuses on prevention by inspecting at each production stage including in-process inspection on production assembly line, ensuring timely supervision and resolution of issues. This approach, combined with thorough checks on materials, samples, and final products, ensures consistent high quality and efficient production progress.
To ensure your satisfaction and product quality, we support various quality checks including AQL 2.0, AQL4.0, the American 4-point system, and third-party inspections. Customers can choose the inspection method that best suits their needs.
